The basic flow of the circulating fluidized bed boiler is that the coal and the desulfurizer are sent into the furnace, and are rapidly surrounded by a large number of inert high temperature materials, burning and burning. At the same time, the desulfurization reaction is carried out at the same time, and it moves to the top of the furnace under the action of rising smoke flow, and heat the water wall and other heat surface arranged in the furnace. When the coarse particles enter the suspended area, they deviate from the main air stream under the action of gravity and external force, thus sticking down the wall. The gas-solid mixture enters the high temperature cyclone separator after leaving the furnace, and a large number of solid particles (coal particles and desulfurizer) are separated and sent back to the furnace for circulating combustion. The fine particles that are not separated are discharged into the tail flue with the flue gas to heat the superheater, economizer and air preheater, and then drain through the dust collector to the atmosphere.
