The WNS series gas fired hot water boiler is a boiler shell type three return wet back fuel (gas) boiler. All products of this furnace type are fully assembled and shipped from the factory, ensuring that the boiler can be quickly installed at the user's site. Except water supply, air supply and electrical connection accessories, do not have any other building structure and special installation procedures. Before the boiler leaves the factory, a series of tests and commissionings have been carried out to ensure the quality of the boiler.

The boiler is operated automatically. After the fuel is atomized by the burner, the torch is filled in the full wave furnace and passes the radiation heat through the wall of the furnace. This is the first return. The high temperature flue gas produced in the combustion chamber converged in the reburning chamber and turned into the second return, that is, the threaded smoke pipe bundle area. After convection heat transfer, the flue gas temperature gradually decreased to the front smoke box, and then turned into the third return, that is, the light pipe bundle area, then the rear smoke box into the chimney and finally discharged into the atmosphere.
The boiler is mainly composed of a boiler body, a connecting flue, a burner, a soda system, an instrument, an energy saver, a condenser, and the like. Burning clean, no pollution, easy operation, adequate output.
